During the fourth quarter of 2023, the top travel and local apps on the Android platform in Egypt exhibited diverse performance trends in terms of downloads and active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides a detailed look at the weekly metrics for these leading applications.

Ego saw a remarkable surge in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 56K in mid-November. The app's weekly active users also increased significantly, reaching around 96K by late November before tapering off to about 67K by the end of December.

The Ego Driver app experienced an initial rise in weekly downloads, reaching a high of nearly 35K at the end of October. However, downloads declined steadily thereafter, falling to just under 3K by the end of December. Active users followed a similar trend, peaking at around 49K in late October and then decreasing to approximately 24K by the end of the year.

TaxiF - A Better Way to Ride maintained a steady download rate, with weekly downloads fluctuating between 10K and 17K throughout the quarter. The app's active users showed a consistent increase, peaking at about 47K in early December before settling at around 39K by the end of the month.

Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) demonstrated a significant rise in both downloads and active users. Weekly downloads peaked at around 29K in mid-December, while active users saw a consistent increase, reaching approximately 179K by the same period.

Lastly, Google Earth experienced varied weekly download numbers, peaking at about 21K in mid-October before declining to around 5.9K by the end of December. Active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, ending with a slight increase to approximately 55K in the final week of December.
